 Well Inspections |
A field supervisor looks at all visible parts and reports on whether the integral
parts of the well are operating satisfactorily.
In order to obtain the basic system condition, at the date of inspection, a
30-minute flow test is performed.
Results will be either Satisfactory or Unsatisfactory.
The report will contain the following information: Basic Information Obtained: Age of Well (if noted)
Well Location
Well Depth (if noted)
Well Production (GPM)
Age of Well Pump (if noted) | Visual Inspection Of Well: Type of Pump
Condition of Pump
Type of Tank
Condition of Tank
If/When the system was serviced |
